Residential Tower

The 20-story residential tower features a refined modern exterior of richly layered facades. The luxurious lobby, inspired by layered rock formations and light-filled canyons rendered in limestone, polished marble, bright lacquer, and gleaming metal, sets the tone for FXCollaborative’s pristinely detailed interiors.

A unified street-level facade along Maple Avenue integrates a separate lobby entrance to the 9 story commercial tower. This unique structure includes separate parking and eight floors of commercial condominium space for state-of-the-art medical office suites.
